Finding a good pond service has always been a challenge, especially one that will quote a price for the work instead of pricing several employees by the hour, then getting a higher than expected bill! I have been made a raving fan! I’ve lived in Memphis my whole life and recently moved to Charlotte, NC.
My parents still live in Germantown and wanted to surprise them with a gift as I traveled back to Memphis for the holidays. I contacted Bubba and told him how I wanted to surprise my parents with something special for Christmas, and he did not disappoint.
He walked me through the process, gave me recommendations or light colors, and delivered a beautiful end result! My mom even commented that it made our home look like a picture from a Hallmark movie!
The installation took less than 2.5 hours and it was a seamless process! I’m hooked and will be enlisting Bubba and his team’s services again and again!

I had a waterfall and stream installed in my backyard last year to hide a corner that I couldn’t get plants to grow in. They took my vision and turned it into reality.
I’ve had a couple of issues with one of the pumps and each time they have been professional and responsive, quickly fixing the problem.
I highly recommend this company to everyone trying to update/upgrade their yard. I truly love it and it makes this space a tranquil area to relax!! It definitely beautified the area.

I have a small aquascape pond with biofalls waterfall that was installed about 20 years ago.
I do not know who did the original installation, but whenever I need a good clean out or any type of maintenance, Bubba and his team have always done an excellent job.
I am glad there is someone in our area that is knowledgeable about this specific type of water feature and how they are intended to work and be maintained.
